• Sarsenova LK, PhD, is an expert in the field of methodology of medical education. She has studied abroad, including Israel, England, Denmark, Singapore and Finland.

• Member of the expert and project groups of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the modernization of medical education, the development of SES (state obligatory standard of education), standard curricula within the framework of the State Health Development Programs since 2006;

• Member of the state commissions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for certification and post-licensing control of medical educational institutions;

• IAAR expert on accreditation of educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• coordinator of the working group on the development of medical ethics and communication skills of medical workers in the framework of the Project of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Modernization of medical education" since 2016.

• She is the author of about 60 scientific publications, including 9 articles in an international journal, included in the Scopus database and Web of Science Core Collection - Clarivate, 20 articles recommended by the CCSES MES RK and 8 titles of protection, including 3 Patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 5 patents for the useful model of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• She is the Laureate of: the 13th Republican competition of achievements in the field of invention in the nomination "Young Inventor", "Shapagat-2016"; State Youth Prize "Daryn" in the nomination "Science". Participated in the Republican competition NURINTECH and won in the nomination "Best Young Scientist". And also she is the owner of the state scientific scholarship of 2017 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the winner of the republican competition "Shapagat-2019".

• The scientific direction is associated with the introduction of new technologies for the production of biologically active substances and is the author of about 50 scientific publications in this direction, of which 4 publications are indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection - Clarivate databases; 1 guidelines approved by the Republican Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 monograph and 2 utility model patents. She trained at leading universities in the USA and the Russian Federation. Also participated in University of Mississippi Research Grant No. P20GM104932.

• The scientific direction is related to cell biotechnology and the development of drugs (drug design). She is an expert in the implementation of the international quality standard in the field of GxP practices (GLP, GMP, GPP, GDP, etc.) and ISO standards.

• Author of about 60 scientific publications in this area, 5 of which are indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection - Clarivate databases. Trained at the Veterinary Pharmaceutical University of Brno (Czech Republic) at the Department of Technology of Dosage Forms. Participated in the development of liquid and solid dosage forms based on the original synthetic substance. She owns the technologies of extraction processes (supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, extraction with organic solvents), methods of cell selection, animal reproduction, the skills of developing technological documentation and conducting validation / qualification work. She participated in the target financing program for the development of anti-infective drugs (Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and the development of technologies for the effective management of the breeding process and the conservation of the gene pool in horse breeding (Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
